Paver cleaning, sanding & sealing
Paver Sealing in Ocala & Marion County
Florida sun fades pavers and rain washes the joint sand out. I clean, sand, and seal driveways, patios, walkways, and pool decks with ICT Ure Seal H2O for a soft shine that lasts.

Patrice · Google reviewHow the job runs
Four steps, start to finish.
I walk the property with you before we seal, so stain expectations and cure times are clear before sealing day.
1
Surface clean
A surface cleaner lifts dirt, algae, and surface stains so the sealer bonds to clean pavers.
2
Sand the joints
Joints get topped with sand so the surface is locked in and ready for sealer.
3
Seal with ICT Ure Seal H2O
A two-part clear urethane made for pavers. It dries to a soft shine, not a plastic shell.
4
Cure
Keep traffic off per the wait times below. Early traffic can scar fresh sealer.

Before we seal
Prep & Timing
A good seal depends on dry pavers and a clear surface. Here is what I check and what helps on your end.
Dry weather window
- Florida rain and morning dew matter.
- Pavers need to be dry before sealer goes down.
- If the forecast turns or the surface is still damp, I wait.
- Sealing wet pavers traps moisture and can cloud or peel.
- I would rather reschedule than rush it.
Prep your property
- Clear cars, toys, pots, and furniture off the surface.
- Plan where vehicles will sit for 5 full days.2 days for cleaning, 3 days for curing.
- Keep sprinklers off before and after we seal.
- Pets and kids stay off until dry to touch.
- Tell me about oil, rust, or paint stains up front.

FAQ
Common questions
Can you seal around a pool or splash area?
Yes. We plan the work so spray and cure times respect the pool deck. Keep splash and foot traffic off until the wait times say it is safe.
What about sprinklers?
Turn irrigation off before we start and keep it off through the cure window. Water on fresh sealer can spot or dull the finish.
Are pets okay on the pavers?
After dry to touch for short supervised trips, then follow the light foot and vehicle times. Keep pets off while the sealer is still wet.
What if there is old sealer on the pavers?
Pour a little water on the pavers. If it beads up, old sealer is still there; if it soaks in, the pavers are bare. If I see a milky or white haze, peeling, flaking, or yellowing, I strip the old sealer first. If it looks sound and even, I can often clean and recoat.
Will sealing fix oil or rust stains?
Sealing locks in what is there. Old oil and rust may only lighten. I walk stains with you before we seal so expectations are clear.
